The Coastal Cocktails Photo Contest begins December 17th at 12PM, and ends on Sunday, December 28th 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. to be considered.

Eligibility: 

Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 21 years old or older at the time of entry. Contest is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the contest sponsor are not eligible. All entrants must be following @coastalcocktailsva on Instagram through the account provided during contest entry in order to be considered. 

How To Enter: 

To enter, participants must submit an original photograph via the contest page on the Coastal Cocktails website. Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated. Any attempt to enter through multiple accounts or automated methods will result in disqualification.

Photo Requirements: 

1. Photos must include at least one can or box of Coastal Cocktails in the image, with the logo and variety name clearly visible and legible.
2. Photo submission must meet the following technical specifications:
   • Accepted File Formats: .jpeg, .jpg, .png
   • Minimum Resolution: 2,000 pixels wide and 2,000 pixels tall
3. All photo entries must be the original work of the entrant. By submitting an entry, the contestant certifies that they are the sole creator and copyright owner of the submitted photograph.
4. Photos must not include any copyrighted material or trademarked content from any company, with the exception of Tarnished Truth Distilling Company.
5. Photos must not be edited to alter the content of the image or the coloring of the can pictured. Minor adjustments, including standard photo editing (brightness, contrast, slight color adjustment, etc) are acceptable. Images generated or manipulated with AI are not permitted.

By entering this contest, all participants certify that any submitted photos which contain the image of any person(s) are submitted with that person(s) knowledge and consent. Contest submission is considered a talent release for any person(s) included in the image, giving Coastal Cocktails unqualified, absolute and irrevocable right and permission, without further compensation, to use, reproduce, edit, exhibit, project, display, copyright, publish, circulate, or otherwise use the photo.

By submitting a photo, participants agree to relinquish all rights to the image and authorize its unrestricted use in present or future marketing materials, regardless of contest outcome.

Photos must be taken in accordance with federal, state and local laws.

Photos may not contain obscene, offensive, or illegal content.

Judging & Winner Selection:

The winning photos will be selected by members of the Coastal Cocktails team based on content, creativity, and originality. Judging decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry within 7 days after the contest submission period closes. If any winner does not respond to the email to confirm receipt within 48 hours, they forfeit the right to the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected without any other reminder or communication from the Coastal Cocktails team.

After winner selection has been confirmed, a member of the Coastal Cocktails team will ask selected winners for their mailing address in order to deliver the prize.

All prize items are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Privacy:

All personal information provided during entry (name, email address, and social media handle) will only be used for purposes of contest administration, and will never be shared or sold to external parties.

Right to Modify or Cancel:

Coastal Cocktails reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at its sole discretion.
